Our current focus is on high quality manufacturing, light industrial and distribution warehouses in the Western Cape.

At Slingshot Capital, we are very aware that the fundamentals of the property market are changing. The traditional retail sector is under threat as a result of e-commerce, and the traditional Office environment is also changing as co-sharing becomes more popular.

We are confident that the manufacturing, light industrial and the warehouse distribution sector will continue to be resilient to the changing fundamentals above.
